Project Terms & Conditions
To ensure we deliver your store on time and to the highest standard, the following terms apply to all E-commerce packages:
Platform Choice: Prices are valid for either WooCommerce or Shopify builds.
Hosting & Domains: Package fees exclude domain registration and monthly hosting costs. These remain the responsibility of the client.
Content Supply: All brand graphics, professional images, website copy, and detailed product information must be supplied by the client before development begins.
Payment Milestone: To initiate your project, a 60% deposit is required. The final 40% balance is due upon the successful launch of your website.
Third-Party Software: Fees for premium plugins, specialized software licenses, or custom third-party integrations not listed in the package are not included.
Shopify Subscriptions: For Shopify builds, the monthly platform subscription fee is billed directly by Shopify and is not included in the Jaydee Digital setup fee.
